Role Description The Student Counselor – Study Abroad will provide individualized counseling to students on academic pathways, suitable countries, universities, and programs based on their profiles and goals. This full time, on-site role in Kochi involves conducting counseling sessions, explaining application processes,



and guiding students through documentation, admissions, and visa procedures.

The counselor will respond to inquiries, maintain regular follow-up with students and families, and ensure accurate records of interactions and application statuses.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide learners on suitable courses, universities, and long-term career paths.
- Excellent Communication abilities and active listening to understand student needs and concerns.
- Customer Service orientation to deliver supportive, timely, and professional assistance to students and their families.
- Knowledge of Education systems and admission requirements in key study destinations such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and prior experience in study abroad preferred.
