Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Career Counsellors to guide prospective students in making informed academic and career decisions while driving enrolments through a consultative sales approach. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in pre-sales, inside sales, education sales, or customer-facing roles who are passionate about counselling and building a long-term career in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, virtual counselling sessions, and walk-in enquiries (where applicable).
- Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs based on their interests and career aspirations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments through effective counselling and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, lead status, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for counselling sessions, admissions, and revenue generation.
- Participate in product, counselling, and sales training programs to enhance knowledge and performance.




- Ensure an excellent student experience through professional communication and prompt support throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Education Sales, Counselling, or other customer-facing roles.
- Prior experience in student counselling, academic advisory, admissions, or education consulting will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, presentation, and counselling abilities.
- Ability to build trust, influence decisions, and guide students effectively.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and conversion skills.
- Customer-focused, energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Language Requirement

- Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
