The ideal candidate will counsel students on study abroad opportunities, recommend suitable universities and programs, manage the admission process, and build robust relationships with students and parents. This role requires excellent communication, counselling, and relationship management skills, along with a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, including country, university, and course selection.

- Assess students' academic profiles, career aspirations,



and financial background to recommend suitable study options.

- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

- Convert student inquiries into successful admissions through effective Counseling and timely follow-ups.

- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, scholarships, tuition fees, visa processes, and pre-departure formalities.

- Maintain accurate student records, follow-up schedules, and application status in the CRM system.

- Stay updated with university requirements, admission deadlines, immigration policies, and study abroad trends.
