- Four (4) year degree in Structural Engineering or global equivalent in engineering field of study and with eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of work-related experience; a recognized qualified certification or registration in the applicable field, if required.
- Ability to communicate effectively that includes but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.

Basic Job Requirements

- Advanced knowledge of discipline codes and standards for US and European regions, commercial availability, and cost of materials




- Advanced knowledge of performing hand and computer calculations for foundations, concrete, and steel structures (structural)
- Analyzing complex structures
- Wind and seismic loading in structural calculations (structural)
- Computer modeling and analysis (structural)
- Procurement and construction aspects of engineering
- Vendor drawing review, intergroup review – squad checking
- Checking design calculations and Drawings
- Connections designs and fabricator drawing checking
- Practical field experience and Intermediate computer and software skills
- Knowledge of working in Prefeed, FEED & Detail Engineering projects
- Managing and leading a small team/ Area lead on a bigger project
- Knowledge of Dynamic analysis and design (structural) will be an added advantage
