Role & responsibilities

- Design Review: Verify structural calculations, RCC/steel drawings, and technical specs provided by external consultants.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead clash-detection and alignment between structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services.
- Site Support: Resolve structural site queries (RFIs) and explicit execution with site engineers.
- Value Engineering: Optimize structural elements for cost efficiency without compromising safety.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering , M.Tech (Structural Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years working with real estate developers, PMC, or structural design consultants.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and BIM/Revit workflows.
- Soft Skills: Cross-functional communication, negotiation, and schedule tracking
