Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction in the BPO/Call Centre industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost reduction.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

- Manage sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through effective relationship-building with clients.

Job Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.

- Robust understanding of business development principles and practices.

- Proven track record of driving successful projects from initiation to completion.
