Overview:

We seek a motivated and analytical Strategy Associat e - International to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organisation .

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of strategic initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure successful implementation and achievement of objectives.
- Utilise SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets, enabling a deeper understanding and interpretation of key business metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor landscapes, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Analyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, and business performance across multiple geographies to drive scalable growth initiatives.
- Work closely with product, growth, and operations teams to localise strategies and optimise product-market fit in international markets.
- Evaluate international market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Tier 1 institution ( preferably IIT, BITS, and IIM )
- Experience working on growth, expansion, or strategic initiatives for consumer internet, social, gaming, marketplace, or tech products is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated exposure to scaling products, businesses, or growth initiatives across international markets.




- Experience with rapid experimentation and iterating based on results to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to generate strategy-driving insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional alignment and foster collaboration.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation tools is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international expansion, localisation strategies, and go-to-market planning is a strong plus.
- Candidates who have worked in high-growth startups scaling products across multiple countries will be preferred.

The FRND team operates six days a week, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month as working days.
