Espiratia

Delhi

Company Description Espiratia is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to enhancing human potential through neuroscience-based learning, AI-powered insights, and practical skill development. The organization focuses on employability, leadership, and behavioral transformation, designing impactful programs for students, professionals, and institutions. By combining scientific research with technology and real-world application, Espiratia helps individuals and teams make better decisions and improve performance.

Its solutions are tailored to dynamic, evolving environments, providing learners with tools to adapt, grow, and succeed. Role Purpose

This person is the bridge between your Programs and international universities. Their job is to identify, approach, and formalize partnerships with universities so that:

Universities agree to promote/refer/enroll their students into your program (as an elective, certification add-on, career-readiness module, or credit-bearing course).

Your program gains a consistent, scalable pipeline of student enrollments.

The relationship is structured, contractual, and mutually beneficial (e.g., co-branding, revenue share, MOU, career services tie-in).

Think of this role as equal parts business development, partnerships management, and academic relations — they need to speak the language of university administrators (deans, career services heads, international offices) as fluently as they speak the language of ed-tech growth. Key Responsibilities

1.

Partnership

Origination & Outreach

Build and maintain a target list of international universities (by region, ranking, relevant departments — e.g., CS, business, design, data science).

Identify the right stakeholders within each university: international relations office, career services, department heads, innovation/incubation cells, or student affairs.

Run structured outreach campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, conferences, alumni networks, education fairs like NAFSA, EAIE, QS events).

- Relationship & Deal Structuring

Pitch the AI Tool Mastery Program as a value-add: certification, career boost, industry-readiness, or credit-bearing micro-course.

Negotiate partnership models — e.g., MOUs, revenue share, sponsored cohorts, white-labeled delivery, guest lecture exchanges.

Work with legal/leadership to draft and close MOUs or partnership agreements.

- Pipeline & Enrollment Management

Convert signed partnerships into actual student enrollment funnels (info sessions, webinars, referral links, dedicated cohorts).

Coordinate with university career/international offices to promote the program to eligible students.

Track enrollment numbers per university partner and report against targets.

4.

Program Delivery

Coordination

Act as liaison between your internal delivery/academic team and the university, ensuring smooth onboarding, scheduling, and communication.

Gather feedback from university stakeholders and students to refine partnership terms and delivery quality.

5.

Relationship

Management & Renewal

Own the long-term relationship — renewals, expansion into new departments/campuses, and multi-year agreements.

Represent your organization at international education conferences and university events.

Required Qualifications

4–8+ years of experience in international business development, partnerships, university relations, study-abroad/ed-tech, or admissions consulting.

Proven experience closing institutional partnerships (not just individual sales) — ideally with universities, colleges, or large training bodies.

Robust understanding of how international university departments (career services, international office, academic depts.) operate and make decisions.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills — comfortable talking to deans/directors as well as junior coordinators.

Strong written communication for outreach, proposals, and MOUs.

Comfortable with data: enrollment tracking, pipeline reporting, CRM usage (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive).

Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Prior experience in ed-tech, online certification programs, or study-abroad platforms.

Existing network of contacts in university international offices or career services (across regions like Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, or Latin America — wherever your target markets are).

Experience with AI/tech industry positioning — able to credibly explain why "AI Tool Mastery" matters for employability.

Experience running MOUs/legal partnership paperwork with academic institutions.

A background in higher-ed marketing, admissions, or international recruitment agencies.
