About the Role The Incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth through the B2B channel network, managing relationships with key channel partners (Individual Financial Advisors) and will be responsible for other strategic alliances in respective regions. The Candidate will drive AUM growth and revenue budget through this B2B Channel for the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Tie-ups and manage strong relationships with IFAs and key channel partners to maximize business opportunities across cities
- Drive AUM growth and revenue through effective partner engagement and business development initiatives
- Identify and on-board recent IFAs and channel partners to expand market reach and distribution footprint
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and market updates to enhance partner knowledge and engagement
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to roll out campaigns, contests, and incentive programs
- Monitor channel performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and internal compliance standards
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback to the leadership team for strategic decisions
Education & Certifications
- Post Graduate with MBA / Professional Certification
- Knowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is mandatory
- All relevant NISM certifications
