: Stores Incharge

Role Overview

- Position: Stores Keeper / Incharge (Full Time)

- Reporting To: Manager / Head - Production

- Location: HO / Factory

- Requirements: Any Graduate Degree | 2–5 Years Experience | Proficiency in ERP Systems, MS Office, and Email

Core Responsibilities

- Material Management: Issue and retrieve materials strictly against approved procedures, ensuring exact specifications, quantities, and timelines match incoming requisitions.

- Warehouse &
- Classification: Apply physical classification systems to pre-designated areas for easy access; separate conforming and non-conforming goods per Quality System Procedures (QSP).

- Documentation &

- Filing: Implement and maintain physical and digital filing structures for immediate retrieval of GRNs, PO copies, rejection notes, and corrective actions.

- Stock &

- Lifecycle Governance: Take ownership of physical stock counts,



track inventory aging, proactively report near-expiry goods, and manage the proper disposal of expired items.

Key Performance Milestones

- By the 5th of every month: Submit comprehensive Stock Statements to Accounts.

- By the 7th of every month: Provide Standby/Replacements reports, SWS reports, and Slow/Non-Moving inventory metrics (Quantity, Value, and Ageing).

- Before the 10th of every month: Complete physical verification of high-value and shelf-life expired items, reporting any deviations immediately.

- Ongoing &
- Periodic: Conduct a full inventory check at least twice a year, optimize ERP BIN tracking, and review Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) to eliminate rapid-moving stock-outs.
