1. Prepare GRN of incoming material.
2. Material Issue physically to respective department.
3. Material Issue entry in SAP
4. Supervision of unloading raw material & general material.
5. Monitor physical inventory.
6. Monitor whether all incoming materials to be kept in their proper location in various rack.
7. Manpower controlling.
8. Experience in MS Excel, MS Word.
Preferred candidate profile
- Reports to: Store Manager for all general activities and departmental work.
- Co-ordinate for data validation, stock parameters, and SAP code accuracy with department.
- Coordinates with: user department SRN GRN and others details
- Weekly deliverable: completed data batches submitted for Stores
- Working hours: Regular plant shifts wise. Majority of work is on the shop floor and in Stores
