Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, material receipt and dispatch, stock organization, and maintenance of accurate records in coordination with procurement and logistics teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring product storage conditions, ensuring adherence to safety and handling standards, and implementing procedures to minimize loss and damage.



The role involves supervising store staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to maintain efficient workflow and high service standards.

The Store

Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support timely order fulfillment and contribute to continuous improvement of store processes.

Qualifications

Solid focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to support internal and external stakeholders.

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with operations, procurement, logistics, and management.

Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory control, stock audits, and documentation.

Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention principles, with the ability to implement controls to reduce shrinkage and damage.

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, ideally handling technical or engineered products.

Ability to use inventory management software and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP systems).

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to work in a fast-paced on-site setting.

Relevant diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
