Pizza Wings is looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in the QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Monitor daily sales, productivity, and store performance to achieve business targets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards as per company SOPs.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize food wastage.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower for each shift.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching,



and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with Area Managers and the Head Office for operational updates and reporting.

Requirements

- Experience: 3–5 years in the QSR/Food & Beverage industry, with at least 1–2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and store operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is preferred.

Preferred Brands Candidates with experience in brands such as Domino's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, KFC, McDonald's, Subway, Wow! Momo, or other reputed QSR brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
