Job Title: Store / Purchase Manager

Department: Stores & Purchase

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
- Handle purchasing of food, beverages, housekeeping, engineering, and general supplies.
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate prices, quality, and payment terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain proper stock levels and monitor minimum/reorder levels.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical stock audits.
- Coordinate with all departments for their material requirements and indents.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, and damaged/expired stock.
- Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO practices, and hygiene standards.




- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Prepare purchase and inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and internal control procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of hotel procurement and inventory management.
- Vendor negotiation and cost-control skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant hotel experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
