Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate should be organized, good at handling customers, and capable of managing stock and appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage stock inventory, including stock checking, updating records, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Handle customer appointments and maintain appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure timely service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and discipline.
- Keep proper records of sales, inventory, appointments, and other store activities.




- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues effectively.
- Ensure company/store policies and procedures are followed.
- Support the team in achieving daily store targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Previous experience in store management, retail, customer service, or a similar role will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹11,500 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
