Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and welcoming customer experience. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow includes managing staff schedules, supervising sales associates, and monitoring store presentation and merchandising standards.

Manager tracks sales performance, manages inventory, coordinates stock replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention procedures. The role also includes handling customer inquiries and escalations, guiding the team to achieve customer satisfaction goals, and maintaining accurate reporting on sales, expenses, and store performance.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
- Strong Communication abilities for interacting with customers, leading store teams, and coordinating with management.
- Store Management and operational skills for overseeing daily retail activities, staffing, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle store management preferred, especially in a premium or heritage brand setting.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflict, and maintain a skilled and inclusive work environment.
- Comfort with basic retail systems, POS software, inventory tools, and reporting in spreadsheets or similar applications.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
