Role & responsibilities

Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.

Handle VIP clients and ensure premium customer service.

Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.

Manage daily store operations, billing, and compliance.

Conduct inventory checks and ensure security of highvalue items.

Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation.

Coordinate promotions, events, and marketing activities.

Prepare sales reports and monitor profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 to 7 years in retail sales, preferably jewellery, luxury retail, or highvalue products.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, upselling, and handling VIP clients.

Leadership: Robust team management, staff training, and motivation abilities.

Customer Service: Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and complaint resolution.

Operational Knowledge: Inventory control, billing, compliance, and showroom management.

Personality: Confident, disciplined, trustworthy, and able to maintain professionalism with highvalue clientele.

Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and adapt to business needs.
