Roles And Responsibility

- Manage daily operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, shift handovers, and front- and back-of-house coordination.

- Lead and supervise employees by assigning duties, preparing rosters, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate shift coverage.

- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff on customer service, product knowledge, food preparation, hygiene, safety, and company procedures.

- Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, resolving complaints professionally, and taking corrective action.

- Ensure food quality and safety through proper storage, preparation, presentation, temperature control, cleaning, and sanitation.

- Manage inventory by conducting stock counts, placing orders, receiving supplies, controlling wastage, and investigating stock variances.

- Achieve sales targets by monitoring daily performance, improving upselling, executing promotions, and identifying local business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
