Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. This role includes supervising store staff, managing opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Manager will handle customer inquiries and escalations, monitor sales performance, and implement initiatives to drive revenue and customer loyalty. Day-to-day responsibilities also include overseeing cash handling,



enforcing retail loss prevention practices, and maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

- Strong store management capabilities, including experience with daily operations, staff supervision, and inventory oversight.
- Proven focus on customer satisfaction and customer service, with the ability to resolve issues and build long-term relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and reporting to management.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru North, including weekends and peak shopping hours as required.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
