Store Operations & Administration

· Managing the complete opening and closing procedures of the store.

· Ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store workplace.

· Managing cash registers, daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and store deposits.

· Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, labour, and statutory requirements.

· Monitoring operational expenses and controlling costs within approved budgets.

· Coordinating store maintenance, repairs, and other operational requirements with relevant teams and vendors.

Sales & Business Performance

· Setting and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the store and individual team members.

· Analyzing sales performance, conversion rates, average transaction value, and other key performance indicators.

· Developing and implementing action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.

· Driving customer conversion, cross-selling, upselling, and overall store productivity.

· Implementing approved local promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities to drive store traffic and sales.

· Providing regular sales and performance reports and insights to management.

Team Management & Development

· Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing sales associates in line with the brand’s requirements.

· Creating staff schedules and managing attendance, leave, and daily manpower requirements.

· Training and coaching the team on product knowledge, fashion trends, selling techniques, upselling, and customer service.

· Setting individual performance expectations and regularly evaluating employee performance.

· Motivating the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.





· Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management

· Maintaining brand visual merchandising standards, product presentation, and window displays.

· Managing seasonal product rollouts, new collections, and product placement within the store.

· Monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment with the warehouse or relevant teams.

· Conducting regular stock counts and audits and ensuring accurate inventory records.

· Managing stock transfers, damaged goods, returns, and discrepancies.

· Implementing measures to minimize inventory shrinkage, loss, damage, and theft.

Customer Experience

· Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

· Ensuring the team consistently follows the brand’s customer service standards.

· Handling escalated customer complaints, returns, and service-related concerns professionally.

· Building strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat visits and customer loyalty.

· Monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the overall store experience.

Reporting & Feedback

· Preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.

· Sharing insights on sales trends, customer preferences, product performance, and competitor activity.

· Reporting operational, staffing, inventory, and customer-related issues to management and taking timely corrective action.

· Providing regular feedback to management on market trends, customer requirements, and opportunities to improve store performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
