Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate records of all inventory, stock receipts, and stock issues.
- Monitor daily stock movement and ensure proper stock availability.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in the ERP/stock management system.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Operations, and Accounts departments regarding stock requirements and inventory reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.




- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock transactions.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.

Qualification & Experience
