- Oversee store keeping activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
- Supervise store staff to ensure effective execution of tasks and maintain high standards of quality.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving store performance and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Solid knowledge of store management principles, practices, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using software applications related to stores management (e.g., ERP systems).
- Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (e.g., inventory optimization).
- 5-10 years of experience in Construction industry as a Store Manager or similar role.
