Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible Dispatch Manager (Store Manager) to manage our warehouse and dispatch operations for IVD products. The candidate will be responsible for inventory management, timely order dispatch, stock accuracy, and coordination with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners for on-time deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly.
- Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates,
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Accounts teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Supervise and support store staff to achieve operational efficiency.

Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or store management.
- Experience in the IVD, medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
