Company Description Aptronix India, established in 2011, is India’s local Apple expert and a one-stop destination for Apple products and services. The company operates over 70 retail stores and 18 authorized service centers across 23 cities, offering a wide range of Apple devices and accessories.

Customers can shop online or visit physical stores for purchases, support, and advice. Authorized technicians provide guidance on iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, and AirPods, including help with software, hardware, and transitioning from PC to Mac. Aptronix stores also host training sessions, one-to-one consultations, and special events to enhance the customer experience.

Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, team leadership, and ensuring consistent adherence to company standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, maintaining visual merchandising, managing stock levels, and monitoring retail loss prevention measures.

Manager ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by coaching team members in customer service and communication, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining a welcoming store workplace.



The role also includes performance tracking, reporting on store metrics, and collaborating with senior management to implement promotional activities and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create positive, consistent experiences.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and execution of retail standards.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and support compliant store operations.
- Experience in consumer electronics or premium retail environments, ideally with Apple or similar technology products.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, handle conflict, and make data-informed decisions.
- Comfort with basic retail systems and tools (POS, inventory management, reporting dashboards).
- Preferred qualification: diploma or degree in business, retail management, or a related field.
