Qualification: 12th, Graduate (B.Com/B.Sc./B.A.) or Diploma in Material Management, Store Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Job Summary

We are hiring a Storekeeper for a leading manufacturing company to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials for smooth production.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company procedures.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Issue materials to production against approved requisitions.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and other store documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.




- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the store.
- Generate inventory and stock reports using ERP/MRP and MS Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12th, Graduate, or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
