About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager who can manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.




- Manage store expenses and ensure operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor store staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in apparel retail.
- Previous experience managing a fashion retail store.
- Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of inventory and retail operations.
