Job Summary The Store Executive will be responsible for managing site store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and coordination with procurement and site teams. The role ensures proper material handling, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Maintain accurate stock records (inward, outward, and closing balance).

- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions.

- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and identification of materials to avoid damage or loss.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.

- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and site engineers for material planning and availability.

- Maintain documentation such as GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and material reports.





- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for timely replenishment.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and store housekeeping norms.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of construction and real estate materials.

- Hands-on experience in inventory and store management.

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/Store software preferred).

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently at project sites.

- Attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
