Job Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling material inward and outward movements, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store and inventory activities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials
- Issue materials to departments as per requirements
- Maintain stock records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, challans, and other store documentation
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of materials
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams
- Report shortages, damages, excess stock, and discrepancies to management

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of store and inventory management




- Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Excel
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of material handling and warehouse safety

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, Inventory, or Materials Management
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also be considered

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, electronics, FMCG, or consumer durable industries
- Knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, GRN, and material management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
