Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor / Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, stock verification and ERP-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, leadership abilities and experience supervising store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store and inventory operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Track stock receipts, issues, transfers and balances.
- Update and maintain inventory details in ERP systems.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Supervise store staff and allocate daily tasks.




- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
- Identify stock discrepancies and take necessary corrective action.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store.
- Prepare inventory and stock-related reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory policies.
