Store & Inventory Executive / Manager

Experience: 3–6 Years

Luxaddi is looking for a detail-oriented Store & Inventory professional to manage and digitise our physical inventory across Raw Materials, WIP, Assemblies and Finished Goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct complete physical inventory mapping, counting and reconciliation.
- Create and maintain Item Master, SKU codes, product categories and specifications.
- Implement barcode/QR coding and labelling for all inventory.
- Map warehouse zones, racks, shelves and bin locations.
- Manage GRN, inward, storage, material issue, transfers, assembly, dispatch and returns.
- Maintain BOM-linked inventory and traceability from raw material to finished product.
- Identify duplicate, obsolete, unidentified and slow-moving inventory.
- Support ERP/WMS implementation and inventory data migration.




- Conduct cycle counts and ensure high inventory accuracy.
- Develop and follow Store & Inventory SOPs.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years’ experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory / Manufacturing.
- Robust Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
- Experience in SKU creation, barcode systems, physical stock audits and BOM management.
- Strong organisational, analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience with bespoke manufacturing, lighting, furniture or interior products will be an advantage.

Key Objective: Ensure 100% identification, location, traceability and accountability of every inventory item from receipt to final dispatch. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
