We are looking for a Store Executive / SAP Operator to manage day-to-day store, inventory, inward, dispatch and warehouse operations at our Bhiwandi location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle store and warehouse operations including inward and outward movement.
- Manage dispatch and inward planning on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Make and update SAP entries for material movement and inventory transactions.
- Track dispatches, inward materials and stock availability.
- Maintain FIFO and proper material storage practices.
- Coordinate and supervise manpower for warehouse activities.
- Support loading, unloading, packing and dispatch operations.
- Prepare GRN, inward/outward records and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with sales,
logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of records.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Stores / Warehouse / Dispatch operations.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in inventory control, inward/outward and dispatch planning.
- Knowledge of FIFO, GRN and warehouse documentation.
- Positive communication and manpower coordination skills.
