Role Purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end management of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, system discipline and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RM & PM inward, storage, issuance and inventory control.

- Verify materials against PO, invoice, quantity, specifications and system records.

- Ensure accurate GRN and SAP/ERP transactions for all material movements.

- Maintain FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and proper material identification.

- Ensure timely material availability to Production as per daily requirements.

- Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess and slow-moving inventory.

- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock reconciliation; investigate variances.

- Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, QA and Finance for material-related issues.

- Ensure proper segregation of approved, rejected, damaged and hold materials.

- Maintain store discipline through 5S, GMP, hygiene and safety standards.

- Prepare and analyse inventory and stock movement reports.

- Support internal, customer and statutory audits.
