Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to support day-to-day store and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in store management,

inventory control, and material handling. The candidate should possess basic knowledge of ERP systems,

stock management, and warehouse practices while ensuring timely material availability and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage material inward and outward activities, including receiving, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Maintain proper bin locations, material labeling, and storage to ensure easy identification and

preservation.
- Issue materials for production, projects, maintenance, service, and internal consumption as per

approved requisitions.
- Record stock transactions accurately in the manual registers wherever required.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, consumables, electrical items, fasteners, tools, and spare parts.
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counting,



and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder quantities to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward, outward, returns, and stock transfers.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material movement

and inventory management. Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP software (such as Tally ERP, SAP, Oracle, or any inventory management system).
- Understanding of material handling, stock recording, and warehouse practices.
- Knowledge of FIFO, stock rotation, and inventory control principles.
- Basic MS Excel and MS Office skills.
