:

As the Store In‑Charge at Liveon Technolabs, you will manage store operations for inventory, raw materials, and finished goods integral to our RF-shielded enclosures and anechoic chamber production. This role ensures effective inventory control, smooth material flow, and contributes to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Inventory Management :
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials—ensuring accurate logging and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory procedures
- Store Organization & Security:
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or misplacement.
- Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain up-to-date logs for deliveries, dispatches, damaged/non-conforming goods.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and store incidents.
- Update inventory management systems or ERP databases in real-time.
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise store staff—including training and task assignment—to uphold store functions efficiently.




- Coordinate with production, quality control, and other departments for materials flow and issue resolution.
- Procurement & Forecasting:
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with procurement to align material availability with production schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:-

- Educational Background: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: 6 months to1 year in store or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with inventory Management.
- Experience in documenting and inventory management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
