Key ResponsibilitiesGoods Receipt

- Receive raw materials, packing materials, engineering spares, and consumables.

- Verify received materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices.

- Check the quantity, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and physical condition of materials.

- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department for sampling and quality clearance.

- Ensure proper documentation of all inward materials.

Material Storage

- Store materials according to GMP and warehouse SOPs.

- Maintain FEFO/FIFO practices wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials (Approved, Quarantine, Rejected, and Returned).

- Maintain required storage conditions, including temperature and humidity where applicable.





- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

Material Issue

- Issue materials based on approved Material Requisition Notes (MRN) or Production Requisitions.

- Supply materials to production as per batch manufacturing requirements.

- Record all material movements accurately in ERP/SAP or manual registers.

- Return unused materials following approved procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
