Store Assistant (Tech & Operations)

We're hiring: A tech-savvy Store Assistant to manage day-to-day store operations while keeping our Shopify backend and reports running smoothly.

Location - Shop no 3, sunbeam CHS, perry cross road, next to jaywalking, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050

[ Full time ] 6 days working

Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory, stock updates, and order fulfillment
- Operate Shopify — update listings, pricing, inventory sync, and order status
- Maintain Excel reports for daily sales, stock reconciliation, and basic data analysis
- Handle POS operations and troubleshoot basic tech issues (scanners, printers, etc.)
- Process online orders, packaging, and coordinate with delivery partners
- Reconcile sales data between POS and Shopify
- Support customers in-store and resolve online order queries

Requirements:

- Working knowledge of Shopify (products, orders, inventory)
- Good with Excel — formulas, pivot tables, reporting
- Comfortable with POS systems and general retail tech
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior retail/e-commerce experience
- - Positive communication and multitasking ability
