- The candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering storage test beds built around FlashArray and FlashBlade systems, connected to servers, switches, and Jenkins-driven CI/CD pipelines.

- Key responsibilities include triaging corrupted test beds, identifying whether failures are caused by product defects, infrastructure/network issues, or test cleanup failures,

performing manual rehabilitation using SOPs, and improving automation success rates from ~70% toward ~90%.

- The role also involves close collaboration with release engineering teams to maintain high test bed availability and support 99% job run SLAs, along with participating in PagerDuty/on-call support for critical outages.

Primary skills to target:

- Robust storage fundamentals: SAN/NAS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, RAID, zoning, VLAN/networking, file systems
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting

- Hands-on infrastructure/lab exposure involving servers, switches, rack/stack environments
- Python scripting and Jenkins-based automation
- Operational troubleshooting and incident management mindset





- Ability to identify recurring manual recovery patterns and automate them
