Role Description The Stock Associate (Under Armour) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor, ensuring all Under Armour products are accurately labeled and stored.
The Stock
Associate will regularly replenish shelves and displays, support the sales team by quickly locating items, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through counts and stock checks.
Daily responsibilities also include keeping the backroom clean and orderly, following company procedures for handling deliveries and returns, and coordinating with store leadership to prepare stock for promotions, visual merchandising, and peak trading hours. The role may also require supporting basic customer needs on the floor, such as locating sizes or styles and helping ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle stockroom operations and timely replenishment.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for inventory counts, labeling, and stock accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving boxes, and standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with store leadership and sales staff.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to support shoppers in locating products when needed.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to maintaining store and stockroom standards.
- Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or stock handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasons as required.
