Role Description The STEM Trainer role at Teckybot is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The STEM Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to students and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities include developing curricula and lesson plans, preparing hands-on activities and projects, and adapting teaching methods to different learning levels. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate training records.



The STEM Trainer will also collaborate with internal teams and academic partners to align training content with current industry standards, support hackathons and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications

Solid STEM knowledge with the ability to train in core areas such as basic programming, engineering fundamentals, and applied science concepts.

Experience in curriculum design, lesson planning, and creating interactive, project-based learning materials for diverse learner groups.

Effective classroom management and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, accessible manner.

Competence in using digital tools and educational technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, presentation tools, online collaboration tools) to support learning.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset for working with students, educators, and industry partners.

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline); a teaching or training certification is an advantage.

Prior experience as a trainer, teacher, or instructor in STEM education, technical training, or corporate learning is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, with flexibility to support workshops, hackathons, and events as needed.
