Position Overview The State Head – Distribution, West Bengal will drive the implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance market share through channel partners. This leadership role is responsible for business growth across West Bengal , managing key distribution relationships, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s digital vision.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business through Mutual Fund Distributors , Banks , and National Distributors across West Bengal .Increase market share and strengthen engagement with channel partners in the state.Deliver impactful one-to-many presentations and partner sessions to promote products and initiatives.Lead the migration of partners to the firm’s digital platform to support the vision of becoming a

Digital AMC .Utilize digital tools, enablers, and internal communication channels to achieve desired outcomes with distribution partners.Promote and sell the full range of products, including Active

, Passive ,



and AIF offerings.Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance goals and professional growth.Monitor client feedback and competitor activities, providing timely insights to senior management.Foster collaboration and influence internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications Education: Post Graduate degree; specialization in Finance preferred. CFA or CFP qualifications are an added advantage. Experience: 12+ years of experience in distribution, sales, or related financial services domains. Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Technical Expertise: NISM – Advisory module qualified; strong knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income markets; proficient in Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive ability, and strategic thinking to drive adoption and collaboration.
