Patient Monitoring & Assessment

- Continuous Monitoring: Watch vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and cardiac rhythms continuously.

- Rapid Assessment: Identify and respond immediately to sudden changes in patient status.

- Ventilator Management: Manage and monitor mechanically ventilated patients, including airway safety and weaning protocols.

- Line Maintenance: Care for advanced invasive lines like central venous catheters, arterial lines, and PICC lines.

Medication & Treatment Administration

- Infusion Management: Titrate potent, high-alert medications such as vasoactive drugs, sedatives, and antiarrhythmics.

- Complex Therapies: Administer blood transfusions, total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

- Emergency Response: Lead or assist in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)



and code blue emergencies.

Care Coordination & Documentation

- Meticulous Charting: Document strict hourly intake/output files, neurological checks, and vital sign flowsheets.

- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with intensivists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists during daily clinical rounds.

- Family Support: Provide empathetic updates, education, and emotional reassurance to anxious family members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
