We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Backend Engineer to lead the design and development of large-scale backend systems. This role requires deep expertise in system design, architecture, and scalability.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on Node.js (Golang experience is a plus) and thrive in a high-scale, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and design of scalable backend systems
- Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency services

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–14 years of experience in backend development
- Solid expertise in Node.js (mandatory)
- Experience with Golang is a plus
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and system design
- Strong experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
- Proven experience building and scaling high-traffic systems
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and ownership mindset
