- Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders.

- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.

- Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams.

- Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
N
- Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives.
N
- Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking.
N
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
N
- Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments.
N
- Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
N




- Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations.
N
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports.
N
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports.
N
- Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams.
N
- Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders.
N
- Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively.
N
- Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards.
N
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews.
