- Design, implement, and maintain Audio Visual (AV) systems across hospital facilities.
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex.
- Manage digital signage systems, including content scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipment, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control systems.
- Integrate AV systems with IT network infrastructure and ensure reliable system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, and network-related issues with minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, upgrades, repairs, and AMC activities.
- Prepare and maintain AV documentation, including system layouts, asset records, and standard operating procedures.
- Train end users on AV systems and provide technical support during meetings, conferences, CMEs, and hospital events.
- Ensure all AV solutions comply with hospital safety, reliability, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, biomedical, and clinical teams to deliver seamless communication solutions.
