Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise across Zoho applications and a deep understanding of business automation, enabling them to design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions for global clients.

This role is critical for managing and executing international projects, particularly for US-based clients, and requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk

Develop and optimize workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting

Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and external systems via APIs

Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Customize modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and blueprints in Zoho CRM

Perform data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and support

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations





Maintain proper documentation of development processes and solutions

Key Requirements:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development

Strong expertise in

Zoho CRM

Zoho Creator

Deluge scripting

Zoho integrations

Solid experience in API integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party tools)

Strong understanding of automation workflows and business processes

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Ability to handle client interactions, especially with international (US) clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international clients

Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer)

Knowledge of related technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS is a plus

Experience in handling end-to-end project delivery
