Cisco Webex Cloud & Control Hub

Audio/Video Design & Implementation

Cisco CUCM, CUC, Expressways & Voice Gateways

Cisco Meeting Server

SIP, H.323 & Video Protocols

L2/L3 Support for Cisco Collaboration Infrastructure

Troubleshooting & Debugging (Voice/Video)

Basic Knowledge of Python/Ansible

Good to Have: Splunk, Wireshark, SolarWinds, Hepic

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Audio/Video collaboration solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Cisco Voice & Video infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot Cisco Webex Meetings, Calling, and Control Hub.
- Work with vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable collaboration services.
