Title: Sr. Tool Maker

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Role:

- Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of press tools, stamping dies and progressive tools.
- Identify tooling issues and implement corrective actions to reduce rejection.
- Tool modifications and corrections as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Perform preventive maintenance and tool improvements.
- Maintain tool history and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Key Skills: Press Tool Maintenance, Progressive Dies, Stamping Tools, Tool Troubleshooting, Engineering Drawings, Tool Room Practices, Measuring Instruments. Qualification: GTTC/NTTF candidates with min. 5- 10 yrs relevant press tool maintenance experience.
