Key Responsibilities

- Close complex sales deals and upsell premium services during outbound and inbound phone interactions.

- Manage difficult customer objections and turn rejections into successful conversions.

- Mentor junior telecallers, share advanced closing techniques, and assist team leads with daily targets.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and pipeline data in the company CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of proven outbound direct sales or high-ticket telesales experience.

- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive phone etiquette.

- Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and auto-dialer software.

- High resilience, emotional control, and a goal-driven mindset under pressure.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
