Job Summary

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex implementation projects across networking and system environments.
- Participate in the design and development of advanced telecom products within communication networks.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures, deployment plans, and execution strategies.
- Engage in customer technical discussions, requirement gathering, and lead product UAT planning and sign-off.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of IP Networking including routing, switching, MPLS-TP, IP-MPLS.
- In-depth understanding of GPON/FTTH architecture, OLT/ONT configuration, service delivery workflows, and performance KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of Optical Transport Networks (DWDM, OTN) and their interaction with IP/MPLS networks.




- Participate in all stages of software development including source code review, change control, configuration management, issue tracking, testing, and deployment.
- Responsible for resolving deployment-level issues including downtime, new feature rollout, and customer-reported concerns.
- Primary contributor in understanding customer pain points, translating them into actionable software requirements.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with customers and SI partners.
- Lead project implementation activities, demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations for stakeholders.
- Capture customer feedback, track issues, and drive resolution before Go-Live.
- Prepare and execute detailed User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans covering functionality, performance, and integration scenarios.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during customer onboarding, reviews, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to network connectivity, API failures, system performance, data integrity, and inter-system communication.
- Provide RCA for incidents, performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and coordinate resolution with OEMs and internal teams.
- Mentor junior engineers, assign technical tasks, review deliverables, and conduct peer reviews for scripts, network designs, API workflows, and database structures.

Technical Skills





- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software project implementation and deployment.
- Strong expertise in installation, configuration, and deployment of applications on Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Shell and Python scripts for automation, deployment, monitoring, and data processing.
- Experience in API-based integrations using REST/SOAP/JSON/XML, authentication models, and third-party API workflows.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL including writing queries, stored procedures, optimization, and performing DB migrations.
- Experience in end-to-end integration across OSS/NMS, SD-WAN, network devices, and external applications.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and integration using APIs, MySQL, SNMP, SSH, and related interfaces.
- Good understanding of IP Networking, GPON, Optical Transport, Telemetry, and server-side application scalability.
- Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS RDS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in designing and integrating software modules and working with software release repository platforms.
