- Senior manager who will be responsible for effectiveselection, installation, configuration,

- operation, and automation of systems hardware, softwareand related infrastructure. This
- individual will participatein testing and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.

- Manager will work both independently and in a team setting to ensure that system,network
- hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures result in a reliableand secure service.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement and support Linux &Windows; environments.

- Responsible for uptime, performance, reliability, scalability, security and high availability
- of SAAS environments in India, Europe and USA

- Work on 24x7 with different teams to support production and nonproduction
- infrastructure using tools like Nagios





- Complete backup management and DR readiness using tools and active monitoring

- Support databases & DBA team on backups and provisioning

- Provide support of Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and other web servers.

- Support deployment, gate change management, and perform root cause analysis
- forservice interruption issues.

- Document technical requirements and processes.

- Directly supervises assigned team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
- accordance with the organizations policies.

- Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning and directing work;

- appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
